Joseph Sanford, AIA
Joseph Sanford, AIA is President of the company, and also an Architect. He is in charge of management oversight and also design of projects for the company. With over 30 years experience in design and planning, and 20 years experience in system-built, factory-manufactured construction, he understands how to accomplish the client's vision. Well versed in many different building types, he also has supervised construction and developed properties. Thus, he can communicate with the client on many different levels. A member of the American Institute of Architects, he is licenced in Washington and California.He brings the vision, energy, and creativity to the management team, always innovating to improve the outcome.
James Cavanaugh
James Cavanaugh is the Vice-President of the company and is in charge of field operations for the company, with oversight of all project managers. He has over 40 years of experience in construction and business management. James brings a needed perspective to the management team as well in that his talents lie in focused execution with his "get it done, right" approach. With skill, care, and integrity, he understands the need to on-time, on-budget implementation for the client. Having run many businesses as well, he treats the client's time and money as if it were his own.
Erin Manners
Erin Manners is the Senior Project Manager of the company. She has 15 years experience in Construction and Business Management. She has experience working on many different types of projects, including but not limited to: road development, commercial office buildings, wastewater treatment plants and improvements to custom residential homes. She has developed proprietary systems and procedures to ensure a smooth, timely project. Working closely with the entire team, she provides valuable knowledge and understanding to each project, from design to successful completion.
